Home Performance Technician / HERS Rater
The work:

test newly built homes for code compliance
-
evaluate home construction to verify its performance according to the HERS scale
-
inspect homes for compliance with Energy Star and ZERH standards
-
build energy models of homes & simulate changes to design
Experience necessary:

none because you can't teach or learn integrity
-
we will teach you everything you need to know. We will train you for any and all licensing exams.

we are more concerned with who you are, with the intangibles, than industry experience
The compensation:

will evolve with each skill you learn & certification you get
-
will be a hybrid of pay & equity in the company
What is success?
-
first certification earned within 30 days
-
trained to company standards and ready to run tests (supervised but conducted alone) within 60 days
-
HERS rater certification earned within 12 months

Sales Leader
The work:

sell our services to builders, developers & mechanical contractors
Experience necessary:

none because you can't teach or learn integrity

we will teach you everything you need to know. We will train you for any and all licensing exams.

The compensation:

commission based; the more you sell, the more you earn; will clear $100,000 by hitting all sales targets

will be a hybrid of pay & equity in the company
What is success?

complete 30 day ramp up period doing the field work with us
-
commission rate increases at key sales benchmarks
-
help our company grow by helping other companies grow; don't sell services to people that don't fit them or their business; right service to the right client
