About Us
Our mission
We want to help build communities that are resilient, healthy & ready for whatever changes this world and this market throw at us.
As both home buyers and professionals, we have seen that its possible for builders to earn more and buyers to save money, and that's only possible through building energy efficient homes.
But we've also seen how intimidating it can be for builders to take that step into changing how they build.
That's why we're here.
We've helped dozens of builders adapt to changing codes, build to a growing consumer demand for efficient homes & increase the value of the homes they build. Our goal is to do it as easily & seamlessly as possible, saving you money, time and headaches.

My story:
I was born in West Virginia. My dad was an electrician, so I spent my whole life around the trades and construction. I know, first hand, the struggles of the industry.
After going to West Point, I commissioned into the Army as a tanker and deployed to the Middle East a couple times.
Getting back, I knew I wanted to get back into the building & energy world. I jumped around a few times, including studying at Harvard and MIT, and finally moved down to Nashville to start this company.
I saw how builders in the north had to change everything as codes changed. With those new requirements coming to the southeast, I want to help ease that transition for builders.

My story:
I grew up in the middle of nowhere New York. I describe it by telling people landmarks that are a few hours away so that they can in some way visualize it.
My parents were both small business owners, and working construction was one of the best jobs you could hope for, so I've been around it since I was little.
After going to Boston College, I joined the Army. I did tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, but decided it was time to make a difference here in the US.
I want to help builders grow & improve their business, while taking the houses in Tennessee to the next level.
